We are looking for a Senior Associate Clinical Contracts and Budgets based in Barcelona. This is a temporary position.
**SENIOR ASSOCIATE CLINICAL CONTRACTS AND BUDGETS**

**What you will do**
In this vital role, your tasks and results will include the following:
- Lead the negotiation of site contracts from the contract templates using appropriate guidelines, and collect necessary signatures for contract execution
- Lead the negotiation of site budgets from base budget and payment milestones
- Escalate contract and budget issues to Legal or Clinical Pricing & Payments Group and Global Teams as appropriate to ensure Fair Market Value compliance
- Support Clinical Pricing & Payments Group in setting up sites for eGPS or legacy systems.
- Support Clinical study sites in the management of eGPS.
- Responsible for the contracting process and/or point-of-contact for vendor for locally outsourced studies
- Participate in appropriate site/legal meetings as required to resolve contract issues
- Participate in appropriate site/finance meetings as required to resolve payment issues
- Manage contracting process with Clinical Trial Related Consulting Agreements
- Manage all study-related Site payments not managed by Clinical Pricing & Payments Group

- Master´s degree or Bachelor´s degree
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in clinical research working in/for pharmaceutical /biotech industry is required
- Working in a global and matrix environment
- Knowledge of the current legislation of the Clinical Research area
- Knowledge of local contracting
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Computer skills (MS Office programs)
- Fluency in Spanish and English
