**Location**: Barcelona, Spain **Key Responsibilities**: Lead T&B Europe Material planning team & activities by implementing a performance driven culture based on continuous improvement Cascade within Europe T&B Material planning the region mission & objectives in line with the global & regional strategy to meet business requirements Identify and define with regional supply team, quality, purchasing, production management teams, and plant management, the key material planning projects that will fundamentally change and differentiate the Supply chain over the next strategy period and set priorities and allocate resources accordingly Manage and control the material planning operation with full responsibility to achieve short and medium term financial and operating objectives set by business management. Responsible for raw material availability based on business forecast & historical consumption, supplier performance, production plan and material planning best practices. Influence Purchasing Team and Ingredient Division to optimize forecasting activities and cash flow management Develop team members and team culture to both locally and across the region. Supporting the team on day to day operational tasks, crisis management and develop their competency supporting the business **We Value**: 7+ years prior experience in Supply Chain Materials Planning, Production planning, Demand Planning, purchasing or similar >2 years experience as a manager Strong oral/written communication Strong ERP knowledge, SAP ECC is a must, Kinaxis is preferable or SAP APO/ IBP or similar Strong analytical and data modeling skills Ability to work in a stress environment APICS CPIM, or CSCP Certified preferred **Languages**: English required and French a plus **We Offer**: **Our expertise goes beyond smell and taste**: it is the sum of our peoples' passions and knowledge that allows us to create the best solutions for our customers’ products.
