**What success looks like in this role**:

- **Manages the delivery of contracted services (in passenger services) to clients to ensure time, quality and cost of delivery.**:

- ** Maintains tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget; ensures that operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of client requirements.**:

- ** Builds and maintains strong client relationships, and provides day-to-day client advice and support.**:

- ** Promotes the organization's capabilities to clients, identifies sales opportunities to be forwarded to the account managers, and achieves contract extensions or additional business within the accounts(s).**:

- ** Contracts may involve both short and long term commitment of service and vary significantly in value/strategic importance.**:

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- **Progressive experience within a managed services business, ideally with Travel & Transportation knowledge**:

- **Depth of professional service experience managing a service line.**:

- **University degree or equivalent education and experience.**:

- **Active participation in professional associations, industry roundtables, etc.**

**Key Metrics**:

- **Responsible for managing a P/L of $5-10M in services value.**:

- **Manages and leads a span of 50+ (direct or matrixed) or leads complex engagements of strategic importance.**:

- **Provide leadership to the team for coordination, managing relationship with clients and manage initiatives and people**:

- **Help Unisys stand out in market competition by providing toolsets to build Passenger services Offer and Order Management System**:

- **Prepare business plans, roadmaps, budgets and schedules**:

- **Liaison with internal and external teams, building positive relationship with stakeholders.**:

- **Experience in managing clients, build and report governance around projects, share good and bad news on regular basis.**
