**Delivery Coordinator**
- to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Porriño, Spain.

**What you will be doing**
- We are now looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our forward-looking Sales Support team for ensuring quality and speed of response for continued high quality customer service.

**As Delivery Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities**:

- Checking and correcting delivery instructions
- Arrangement of proper packaging, preparation of all necessary documents, possibly also for the processing of letters of credit, and handling of the entire delivery process.
- Arrangement of export declaration/customs declaration
- Dangerous goods handling
- Material master data maintenance with regard to information on shipping law, advising the purchasing department on the procurement of information on foreign trade law
- Export control management
- Processing of deliveries with required export licenses
- Accompanying internal and external audits

**To be successful in this role, we expect you to have**:

- Relevant experience
- Sound knowledge of foreign trade law, customs law, hazardous goods, import and export requirements
- Good written and spoken English language skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Forward thinking &Proactive highly motivated task driven with strong sense of responsibility.
- SAP knowledge and Supply Chain understanding will be considered as a plus, but it is not a prerequisite
