**Main purpose of the Position**
During your stay in ASL you will become a member of a team of high calibre professionals working on real and targeted projects. You will have the opportunity to work on and practice your knowledge and skills with various Microsoft tools and techniques plus be very close to the Solution Design and Data Science functions supporting the world’s largest commercial Business Analytics system using the latest SAP and other Vendor tools and techniques in an Agile way.
**A day in the life of a ASL JR Business Analyst Entry**
- Responsible for building & delivering on-time ASL reports on a regular basis: data collection, data visualization and quality check to ensure data accuracy - across ASL CRM, SAP, etc -.
- Efficient drive of data projects and coordination with internal & external stakeholders
- Actively contributes to the evolution of our Global Performance Measurement framework and develop the roadmap of Dashboard offering to support markets in improving speed & decision making,
- Prepares and actively contributes to eBusiness Quarterly Reviews with global teams & NHSc markets to anticipate risk & opportunities, utilizing data
**What will make you successful**
- Management of Information Services/ Communication
- Academic Background Computer Science or Information systems and/or Communications
- Familiarity or Interest in Analytics: Reporting, Configuration & Implementation;
- 2 Years of experience working with data sets with tools ranging from MS Excel, R or Python
- Hands-on experience with design & build of data management / reporting solutions - in PBI is mandatory
- Assist with design, preparation and use of various MS PowerPoint presentations that will be used and needed regularly within the ASL BCN
- Assist with the maintenance and creation of ASL MS SharePoint pages & sub-sites
- Assist and improve Reports and Dashboards in regards to ASL related Team KPI’s
- Working with the team on the new CRM development and documentation, forecast, and improvements
- Operations Functional Support (onboarding external vendors)
- Autonomous: needs to be able to work under mínimal supervision in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Contribute with fresh ideas, enthusiasm and creativity
- Proactive, Attentive to details and Analytical Mindset;
- Solid written and spoken English plus strong skills in communication
