Depot Lead

**Job Details**:
Alcura is an entity belonging to Cencora, specialized in the logístical management of clinical trials and healthcare services. They offer tailored solutions for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and patients, including clinical trial management and patient support services.

As the Depot Lead, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and organizing to optimize the proper operational management of the 3PV depots in various regions and countries.

Management of quotations with vendors:

- Lead the budget control of logístical activities and margin improvement actions.
- Coordinate the activation of depots and execution of contracted activities for each study.
- Organize the implementation of workflow improvements with the 3PV along with the different departments involved in Alcura.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze the service needs of depot PM (ongoing studies) + BD (future pipeline).
- Define depot selection strategy according to project and client requirements.
- Analyze various depot options for a project from a budgetary perspective.
- Coordinate the management of the necessary documentation for the activation of a depot according to the supplier's requirements and the regulatory needs of each country to optimize management times in executing activities.
- Supervise and coordinate the management and resolution of incidents at the 3PV depots.
- Conduct thorough monitoring and control of the budgets of the 3PV depots and subsequently their invoicing to ensure maintenance of the budgeted margins from BD.


**Requirements**:

- University Degree: Business Administration, Engineering or Economics Degree.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management: strong familiarity with the management of projects and coordination with different areas aiming to hit a deadline, including data analysis and reporting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Logistics processes: extensive knowledge of transportation flows with vendors, including import and export processes, to manage logistics for multi-site clinical trials.
- Advanced Proficiency in English: Must possess advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.

Desireble:

- Experience with SAP: Previous experience using SAP MM, WM, SD modules.
- Training in Clinical Trials: Relevant training or coursework in clinical trials will be considered a plus.
