The Customer Success Unit (CSU) partners with the largest customers across our Western Europe region (12 countries) and is responsible for turning their plans and ambitions into reality, thereby accelerating their digital transformation and cloud adoption journey. We cover the entirety of the Microsoft Cloud, be it Infrastructure, Applications, Data, Security, the Modern Workplace or Business Applications, with key roles being Success Managers and Cloud Solution Architects.
The recently created Cloud Consumption Excellence team is chartered with governing the CSU business performance and growth. Our objective is to drive focus and impact on business outcomes, which ultimately drives customer success. We do so by governing key business accountabilities and rhythms, generating actionable insights, and coaching for acceleration and growth.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Cloud Consumption Excellence Manager, you will partner with our leaders to help them plan for the future, execute on the present, and learn from the past.
- Governance & Rhythm of Business
- Maintain and drive well-defined and predictable business rhythms, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, to ensure quality outcome delivery
- Instill process discipline and adherence to standards and execution excellence or pipeline health through clear and action-oriented communication
- Insights
- Track and keep the team informed and up to date on measures of execution excellence and the attainments on key Consumption metrics
- Provide business insights and recommendations to effect positive changes across key performance indicators and results, pipeline, engagements, and motions.
- Through business planning and the analysis of outlook, anticipate potential areas of attention.
- Coaching
- Sparring partner and challenger to the Managers and Leaders in the countries and the HQ
- Provide strategy guidance and support on business planning, across opportunity and engagement management as well as execution of consumption plays
- Enable more effective execution in our 12 countries
- Transformation & Change Agent
- Program manage strategic programs or initiatives
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
- Experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience.
