**Responsibilities**

- You will support the Logistics Manager.
- You will provide administrative support to the Procurement and Sourcing team.
- You will assist in the preparation of RFPs and contracts (for subcontractors and suppliers) and in communication with the parties involved (business partners, suppliers, subcontractors).
- You will assist in the management of project-related documentation and virtual data rooms.
- You will provide support in market analysis and project related research.
- You will participate in the preparation and analysis of tender results.

**Requirements**:

- You have an undergraduate degree or finished studies in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business related, or a comparable one

- You are advanced in MS Office
- You are fluent in Spanish and English, any other language (e.g., Portuguese) is a plus
- You have strong organizational and analytical skills and are a proven team player
