**What you will need to succeed**
- At least 12 years of experience with strong experience in IT Security Management ideally on similar position.
- You will need to have in-depth knowledge and responsibility of:

- **Design, implement and maintain**IT security systems to protect against cyber threats.
- Lead the organization's IT SAAS plan security strategy, implementing policies and standards to protect systems and data.
- Managing IT security **RFPs**, supervise implementation of Security Solutions, Implementation, configuration and troubleshooting of various Security platforms (SIEM, XDR, EDR, Vulnerabilities platforms, SOAR, UEM, NAC, NDRetc)
- Designing and implementing security **policies**and procedures for the IT organization's environment and SOC operations.
- Perform **security assessments**, identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies
- Monitoring and assessing **third-party vendor security**to ensure that vendors comply with the organization's security policies and standards.
- Ensuring **compliance with regulatory and industry standards**such as HIPAA, PCI DSS, and SOC 2, especially for SAAS vendors / partners
- Managing security **awareness**training with SOC team for employees and other stakeholders to promote a security-conscious culture.
- Establishing and managing **incident response processes**to contain and mitigate IT security incidents.
- **Collaborating**with other teams such as IT operations and development to ensure security is integrated into the organization's processes and systems.
- Maintaining security documentation such as security **policies, procedures, and incident response** **plans**.
- Participating in IT security **audits**and assessments conducted by external auditors.
- Evaluating and recommending **new security technologies**and tools to enhance the organization's security posture.
- Providing **regular reporting and updates**on the status of the organization's security posture to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Validate security policy exceptions and assess their potential impact on the overall security posture.
- Knowledge in implementation of either **CIS, NIST or ISO 27k **security framework and associated controls is a plus
- Leading of overall SOC activities
- Knowledge of **MITRE ATT&CK, ITIL and Agile methodology**
- Other Skills
- Excellent communication in English (read / written / spoken)
- Experienced with management in international context
- Team player with demonstrated crisis situation management
- Adaptability and diplomacy
- Strong analytical skills and efficient problem solving
- Natural ability to report Security projects status and impacts / mitigations of threats to management on a regular basis
- Excellent transversal cooperation with Top management, IT and business teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk management and BIA (Business Impact Analysis)
- Peers’ endorsement in IT Security functions previously headed
