**Vacancy: HRBP.**

**Location: Almussafes, Valencia (on-site).**

We are a leading engineering company looking for a skilled HRBP, Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the HR Manager, in this role you will be responsible for developing strategic HR projects and looking after the daily HR operations in all our jurisdictions.

**Key responsibilities.**
- Implement equivalent HR procedures in all our jurisdictions.
- Deploy the Talent Acquisition strategy, develop sourcing activities and conduct interviews.
- Support the implementation of effective onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Facilitate initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate in the compensation and benefits analysis, as well the execution of the total rewards policy.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the HR Manager on key HR metrics.
- Support and contribute to the Company's development by ensuring high-quality standards on the employee life-cycle.

**What will you need to succeed as an HRBP?**
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as an HRBP or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Initiative, innovative approach to operational topics and curiosity.
- Solid understanding of HR software and systems.
- Fluency in English is required.
