Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as a FP&A Junior Analyst will be:

- Supporting the development and enhancement of the Group FP&A strategy
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders in operations & Finance Business Partners
- Financial and Operational Analysis on how to improve the business
- Providing ad-hoc analysis to influence/facilitate decisions
- Identifying process improvements and opportunities
- Standard analysis: monthly closing and quarterly reporting
- Owner of the Budget/Forecast process (Ops streams) ?
- Deviation analysis: Actuals vs Budget/Forecast Variances (Ops streams)
- Bonus pool monitoring
- Performing UATs to ensure the improvement of the data consistency and reports

**Requirements**:
Skills, qualification, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- You are fluent in English
- You are structured with a strong drive and independency
- You have at least 4 years of experience in an FP&A/Finance department (in a multi-national)
- Advanced level in Excel, Power Point and financial modelling skills
- Strong financial and business background (MBA is preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
