En **Winning Consulting** buscamos un/a **Project Manager**para integrarse en un proyecto con foco en **Management Control** en banca mayorista en Málaga (Hibrido).
**Responsabilidades**:
- ** Gestión de proyectos**: planificación, hitos, riesgos, dependencias y **seguimiento RAG**.
- ** Control de gestión**: presupuesto, **forecast**, desviaciones, eficiencia (OPEX/CAPEX) y medidas correctoras.
- ** Reporting ejecutivo**: elaboración de **presentaciones PPT** de seguimiento para comités; storytelling de datos.
- ** KPIs & Performance**: definición/estandarización de métricas, tableros y cadencias de governance.
- ** Stakeholder management**: interlocución con **banca mayorista**, finanzas, riesgos, operaciones y TI.
- ** Mejora continua**: optimización de procesos, automatización ligera y documentación.
**Requisitos**:
- **4 años** de experiência en **consultoría** o funciones afines de **project/portfolio management**.
- Experiência en **banca mayorista** (wholesale/corporate banking), especialmente en **control de gestión**.
- ** Inglés alto** (interlocución y documentación).
- Dominio **muy alto de Excel y PowerPoint** (modelización, análisis y presentaciones ejecutivas).
- Sólidas habilidades de organización, síntesis y comunicación.
