TFS HealthScience is looking for a Research Associate hybrid based in Barcelona.

**Responsibilities**:
The Research Associate works closely with the research team to conduct experimental work, both in vitro and in vivo, analyzing data. The Research Associate is responsible for conducting research projects, working collaboratively with other members of the research team, and contributing to the development of new research ideas.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and conduct experimental work, both in vitro and in vivo including developing protocols, coordinating with other team members, and following experiments timelines.
- Collect, analyze data and interpret results as required.
- Develop new experimental models (in vivo and in vitro) under the supervision of scientists / senior scientists
- Support in the laboratory resources management, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and organizing research materials.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of research associates or students.
- Participate lab / group meetings and participate in group discussions.

Qualifications:

- A laboratory technician degree or Master in life science (or equivalent by experience)
- Prior experience conducting research in a laboratory setting
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and its functions, with the ability to resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with regulatory and safety guidelines applicable to laboratory environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication and ability to train laboratory staff.

- Problem solving skills
- Business proficient in English (verbal & written)
- Good knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
