**Your mission**:
We are looking for a Digital Freight Forwarder who will become part of our operations team. You are going to have a real impact on the operations team where you will look out for our carriers and at the same time expand our current network.

**Your profile**:

- Negotiation and great communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good team player with the ability to interact with all levels.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Polish or any additional language is a plus.
- Ability to deal with challenging situations.
- Effective and efficient resource management.
- Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience or education in logistics or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You have self-motivation and willingness to go the extra mile

**What You Will Do**:

- Build long-term relationships and manage a portfolio of our logistics partners.
- Daily Pricing negotiations in a fast-paced environment
- Act as carrier and customer escalation point to assist with the resolution of any open issues
- Partner with the back-office team to monitor, manage and deliver the required customer service level to our client
- Provide exceptional customer service to our carriers and customers
- Identify and onboarding key partners; Manage and expand our carriers and consumers database
- Planning, prizing, and allocating routes to drivers and ensuring sufficient resources to fulfill fleet operation requirements.
