**What will be your mission?**
- **Lead a team of 3 or more support specialists and manage day-to-day operations.**:
- Monitor and troubleshoot the data platform, including **Azure, DBT, and PowerBI components.**:
- **Collaborate with development teams** to identify and resolve technical issues.
- **Manage incident reports, escalations, and root cause analyses.**:
- **Coordinate with other teams **to ensure that the data platform meets business requirements and aligns with company objectives.
- **Maintain knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.**:
- Develop and implement **strategies to improve platform stability and reliability.**:
- **Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.**
**What will make you succeed in this position?**
- **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field** (other studies, such as higher degrees in computer science, systems, data or similar, are valued).
- **4+ years of experience in development and support of enterprise-level data platforms.**:
- **1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.**:
- Strong understanding of Azure, SQL, DBT and PowerBI
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent **communication and collaboration skills.**:
- **Demonstrated ability to manage a team and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.**:
- Experience with **Agile/Scrum** methodologies.
- Proven ability to develop and** implement strategies to improve platform stability and reliability.**:
- **Excellent organizational and time-management skills.**
- **B2 level of English.**
