This role is PM of e-commerce promotions, reporting to Head of Campaign & Onsite. This role aims to bring big sales uplift through platform level campaigns (promotion activities) and deliver promotional activities for brands in the platform. Close collaboration and communication will be needed especially with our category teams and user growth teams. We are looking for a talent who loves to PMO, excited to work with different stakeholders and most importantly, obsessed with delivering the most exceptional user experience. 1. Plan and execute various platform level campaigns: include mega campaigns such as Black Friday or seasonal rebajas, to drive platform level uplift and make the sales reach to new height, and several monthly campaigns which serve different objectives: increase seasonal sub-categories, boost re-purchase rate, assist incubation, drive top brands or top assortment 2. Think from both seller and buyer points of view. 3. Leverage analytical data to point out the critical factors or measurable metrics to enhance campaign performance, improve SOP or raise new promotional initiatives. 4. Work with Product and User Experience Design team to identify improvement areas that can largely improve business results and better user experience.
**Position Requirement**
1. At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce, promotions, digital business merchandising, preferably with on-site optimization experience. One or some of the following relavant experiences would be preferable: data analysis, user growth, product design (PD) 2. Preferably a degree in Marketing / Communication / Business Management or any other relevant experiences. 3. Result-driven with strong project management skills, able to work with and manage various stakeholders with positive mindset and strong problem-solving capability. 4. Strategic thinking and business sense; able to leverage data points and market analysis to form actionable insights and recommendations. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with willingness to learn in a fast-moving and changing environment. 6. Proficient command of MS, Excel, and PowerPoint with advanced analytics & presentation skills. 7. Spanish native speaker, able to use English as the primary working language
