Our Regional Office now has an exciting opportunity for a **Commercial Strategy & Customer Experience Manager** (9-month fixed-term contract, maternity cover) to join our fantastic team. This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of 2 days a week in the Barcelona Office.
**About the role**
As a Commercial Strategy & Customer Experience Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and enhancing the family journey. You will lead strategic initiatives across admissions, customer experience, market intelligence, and sales planning—ensuring alignment with both the school’s educational vision and business goals.
Your primary responsibilities include:
1) Strategy & Market Intelligence: lead market segmentation and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities and support business growth initiatives
2) Sales & Admissions: drive the full admissions funnel—from lead generation to enrolment—ensuring targets are met through data-informed, high-impact strategies.
3) Customer Experience: design and implement initiatives that elevate the family journey and ensure consistently outstanding experience across all touchpoints.
4) Data & Reporting: analyse key performance metrics to deliver actionable insights and guide commercial decision-making at the senior level.
5) Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and project management across cross-functional admissions teams—ensuring alignment, effective execution, and a culture of continuous improvement.
**Who we are looking for**:
You will have multiple years’ experience in a similar role with a strong focus on team leadership and project management, ideally within commercial or customer experience functions. You will bring a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects from strategy through execution, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
We would also expect excellent command of English and Spanish, strong organisational and analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders and align teams around shared commercial goals in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
