- Develop a Configuration Management Plan for each program of the Company.
- Create and put in place the following Processes:

- Change Control Process
- Configuration Management Process
- DMU guidelines and rules
- Product Configuration Management Plan (Hardware and Software)
- Define the Technical Baseline at each phase of the different programs
- Control and Monitoring all the changes and modifications during the whole life cycle.

**Required Qualifications**
- Degree In Engineering
- Demonstrated history in the aerospace industries performing Configuration Management activities and Processes, PLM integration activities, migration, maintenance and troubleshooting

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Degree in Engineering or Related Field
- Experience working in Configuration tools and Processes
- Experience working in PLM tools
- Experience in data migration, PLM maintenance and troubleshooting

**Preferred Tools / Process Experience**
- 3D Experience PLM
- Polarion ALM
- Catia
- Jira
- Confluence
