Our products, including, AccessMedicine and AccessEngineering, have made a real impact on the way that students engage with content and the way that content is being taught. As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric
**Inside Sales Representative** to join our Professional team.
**What is this about?**
You will be responsible for driving customer engagement, usage, and upsell potential for our European digital subscription renewal business. As the first point of contact for our European customers, you will be responsible for ensuring timely responses and accurate information for quotations, pricing, and renewal proposals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and can think creatively to maximize retention and development opportunities.
**What you will be doing**:
- Partnering with the wider sales team to enable and support delivery of the sales targets for renewals and upgrades.
- Managing customer trials; ensuring positive customer-experience, providing support materials, virtual on boarding, and reporting on trial performance and outcomes across all Access solutions.
- Acting as the first line of enquiry for our European customers. Ensuring timely responses and accurate information for quotations, pricing, and renewal proposals.
- Executing on a customer retention strategy to achieve renewal rates and targets.
- Continuously monitor the usage of digital platforms to identify potential risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to relevant teams.
- Supporting marketing and field sales teams on customer and industry events, as well as other key engagement activities across the region.
**What can you bring to the role?**
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
- Previous experience working with a digital solution or product, preferably with international customers.
- Experience working in the education technology or publishing sectors is a nice-to-have but not essential for this role.
- An excellent track record of customer engagement and customer management.
- Outstanding communication and time-management skills.
- A passion and hunger for success.
