**The two open positions we offer you**:
As the best link between the company and the suppliers, you always ensure the respect of cost, deadline and quality. In collaboration with the purchase Team, you will be the reference for 2 or 3 main projects and share your reporting at anytime with engineering, industrialization, supply chain, quality and projects services involved.

Your main responsibilities are:

- Perform the tasks of purchasing and order management at the ERP level : launch and follow-up of orders, identify material needs, launch the contract, etc...
- Negotiate with suppliers the Terms and conditions of payment, propose cost reduction for the different categories of strategic materials
- Provide support and communication between the engineering department and the suppliers
- Support the Head of Purchasing Dep in the development and promotion of purchasing strategies
- Provide support in the search of a minimum number of suppliers (approved) for each family of materials concerned
- Support the analysis and implementation of the continuous improvement actions and share his own feedback
- Support and communicate with sales department for the preparation of offers to potential customers
- Coordinate with our Satys Interiors site in China multi functional team to smooth the communication and secure deliveries on quality /time / cost
- Act as purchasing focal point for the assigned project(s), maintaining full visibility of purchasing status and progress (financial, remain to do, hot spots,...) and represent purchasing in the project drumbeat meetings

**Your profile**

You are master’s Engineering degree or equivalent. Preferably Industrial Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience as a buyer in industrial companies, with national and international suppliers, for different type of materials (electric/electronic, cooling and refrigerating systems, laboratory test, isolation, metal..)

You have professionnal exprience with China ideally

Knowledge:

- SAP in the Purchasing and Supply Chain modules
- Effective communication skills - **both written and oral in Chinese for one of the two positions**, and English and Spanish for both open positions
- Desirable French and/or German
- Excel, PPT
- Desirable experience in the purchase of interior design equipment

Soft-skills:

- High negotiation capacity
- Proactive and with positive attitude
- Search and imagine new solutions that will have an impact on the development of the company and will offer an implementation tray for actions
- Great ability to work in a team and collaborate with others towards a common goal

**What we’re offering you?**
- Permanent contract
- Salary from €25k gross/year according to profile
- 3 euros/day for your daily menu - homeoffice possible from 2 days /week to maxi 6 days/month
- Flexible hours from 7h to 8h30 start and 15h45 to 17H30 end
- 3 or 4 business trip per year
