**In this role you will**:
The Director of Distribution Control will be responsible for defining and executing a clear global strategy that drives maximum value from our production contracts, while proactively minimizing the impact of BRG. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance commercial optimization with effective risk management on a global scale.

**Key elements to this role include, but not limited to**:
In collaboration with the Regional Distribution Control Teams and Contracting SVPs, this new function will:

- Position WebBeds as a market leader in distribution control among International Hotel Chains.
- Maximize distribution capacity while respecting distribution rules.
- Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of distribution control through automatization, AI and ML.
- Propose and project-manage initiatives to improve distribution control globally via technical developments and process optimization.
- Ensure global coordination and consistency across regional Distribution Control Teams.
- Lead efforts to improve reporting and transparency, both externally and internally on Distribution Control KPI's.

**The skills we would love to see in your suitcase**
- Fluent in English (Any other European Language is an advantage).
- Knowledge and comprehensive previous experience of implementing distribution control strategies.
- Knowledge and experience of wholesale/online travel/ecommerce.
- Knowledge and experience of hotel inventory and distribution management.
- Experience and understanding of API/XML technical integrations.
- High level of Microsoft excels and office package.
- Analytical skills to track metrics and ensure delivering success and targets compliance.
- Strong communication skills.
- Availability and flexibility to travel.
- Professional, credible, confident, and enthusiastic.
- Proactive and results driven, delivering on commitments.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
- Organized and able to balance the demands of several activities.
- Ability to produce and analyse accurate reporting.
