**Job Brief**
We are looking for a Client Integration Engineer to work in our Customer Success department under the Customer Success Manager.
For this role, you’ll have training in info security practices and have experience in client integration roles dealing with large multinational companies.
Your goal will be to support the Customer Success Manager and make it easy for our clients to enjoy using CounterCraft’s technology.
**Responsibilities**:
Client Integration Projects: You will be in charge of taking the current product and installing it in a client. You will have full project management scope and responsibility for the project. You will be in charge of liaison with the client as well as representing the client within CounterCraft.
Liaison with Development Team: You will lead and manage the liaison between the Integration team and the product development team.
Liaison with Commercial Team: You will work closely with the commercial team handling the client. While not expected to sell product you are an integral part of any future sales process as you champion the client inside CounterCraft and are the external face of CounterCraft for the client.

- Proven experience as a Client Integration Engineer or similar role - 3+ years of experience of implementing security technology in large organisations.
- Multi Platform system administration (Linux, Windows)
- Script development for admin/integration tasks (shell, PowerShell, Python)
- Experience of managing security products (firewalls, WAFs, EDRs, etc.)
- Security Fundamentals; Ansible, Docker; Linux; Security
**Skills & Competencies**
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Clear and accurate written and verbal communication
- Time management skills

**Commitment**:Full Time Role
**Languages**:Spanish, high level of English required
**Salary Range**: Variable depending on experience - Possibility of participation in stock option plan.
**Travel Requirements**:Complete availability as required (COVID permitting)
