**Descripción de la oferta**:
En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Project Manager para formar parte de la División de Arquitectura basado/a en nuestras oficinas de Madrid.

Funciones:

- Organizar y controlar los proyectos desde su firma hasta la entrega de la obra.
- Control de costes, plazos y calidades.
- Control de las necesidades del equipo.
- Coordinar al equipo de proyecto.
- Redacción de proyectos de arquitectura y dirección de obra
- Plannings, presupuestos imagenes.
- Relación con clientes.

**Requisitos**:

- Arquitecto/a Superior.
- Experiência de 5 años como Project Manager.
- Nível alto de inglés.
- Dominio de Autocad, Revit, BIM, Microsoft, Presto.
- Organizado/a, estratégico/a, visión de conjunto, buen gusto, comunicador/a, trabajador/a.
