We are seeking a skilled Implementation Consultant with a strong Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in payroll and robust technical capabilities. This hybrid role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution of payroll migrations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects. By leveraging your expertise, you will gain a comprehensive 360° view of payroll processes and play a critical role in transforming operations to align with global best practices.

**Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Project Support:

- Lead payroll migrations, including data extraction, validation, defect tracking, and platform configuration.
- Act as the primary contact for Service Partner (SP) to SP transitions, ensuring smooth implementation and timely delivery.
- Strategic Contributions:

- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact strategic projects.
- Drive standardization efforts while accounting for local regulatory and operational nuances.
- Expert Guidance:

- Provide Subject Matter Expertise in EMEA payroll, ensuring compliance and process efficiency.
- Proactively address challenges and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Technical Excellence:

- Utilize your platform knowledge and technical skills to optimize payroll solutions and configurations.
- Support software migrations and integrations with expertise and precision.

**Attributes and Experience Required**:

- Extensive experience and deep knowledge in payroll, with significant exposure to the EMEA region.
- Proven track record in payroll implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
- In-depth understanding of payroll legislation and operational requirements in complex jurisdictions within EMEA.
- Strong proficiency in payroll platforms and systems; experience with local payroll software is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and other payroll-related technologies.
- Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
