Job Summary:
As a Revenue and Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting activities across EXTE’s European operations. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to analyze performance, support decision-making, and optimize revenue processes.

This position is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a strong financial background and a passion for data-driven insights in a dynamic AdTech environment.

**What You Will Do**

- Monitor and analyze revenue performance across regions, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize profitability.
- Reconcile and validate revenue data between internal systems, clients, and accounting records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Support the month-end closing process, preparing journal entries, accruals, and variance analyses related to revenue and cost of sales.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to forecast revenues, monitor KPIs, and assess the financial impact of business initiatives.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards for management, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Contribute to budgeting and financial planning cycles, ensuring alignment with business targets and actual performance.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and automation in revenue recognition and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements related to revenue and financial reporting.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or revenue analysis, ideally within a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and revenue recognition concepts.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP or BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Navision, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); other European languages are an advantage.

**Valuable Experience**

- Previous experience in the AdTech, Media, or Digital Marketing sectors.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Experience working in multinational teams or matrix organizations.
