Are you a proactive, organized and resourceful legal professional, ready to take the next step in your real estate career? We are looking for a **Junior Corporate Officer** to join our **Valencia**-based team. You’ll be part of a young, dynamic team, working alongside colleagues from all over the world. You’ll report to the AVP, Legal and Compliance team, as we build on our pan-European portfolio and consolidate our position as the market leader in last mile real estate.

Under the leadership of experienced senior colleagues, you’ll deal with the corporate, legal, KYC and AML needs of the companies set up to manage our real estate investments.

**What you’ll do**
- Manage the legal and corporate requirements of your own portfolio of around 150 entities
- Take care of handovers after closing new deals and until the disposal process
- Liaise with our European, London and internal management, service providers and advisors. You’ll keep corporate governance running efficiently for deals and entities, making sure we adhere to best practice.
- Track and monitor the accuracy of legal documents (legislations, signatures, date, corporate details etc.)
- Liaise with internal account management, acquisition and sales teams to keep information transparent
- Organize regular board meetings, board minutes, RCS filings and written resolutions
- Help maintain the company database and assist with the virtual archiving process
- Monitor legal and corporate documents to make sure they’re accurate and accessible
- Make sure our documents are saved, filed and scanned in an organized, clear and consistent way.

**What you’ll bring**
- At least a year’s experience with a law firm or in the legal or corporate department of a fiduciary
- Your willingness to take direction, ask questions and learn on the job. You’re ready to consolidate and grow your skills and talents on the long term, with a company that woks in a strong team and results-based environment.
- Your organization skills. You have an eagle eye for detail.
- Your communication skills. You’re fluent in English.
