**WHAT AM I ACCOUNTABLE FOR?**
- BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions (LS) is evolving under its Transformation programme to ensure it remains relevant in a disruptive environment. You will support strategic plans to increase LS Iberia’s organizational change capacity and capability in order to ensure that change sticks, adoption of tools & processes is strong, contributing to our long-term ambitions under Growth, Technology & Sustainability.
- You lead a team of Change & Transformation Officers responsible for both central & local projects as well as the Iberia deployment of our Global IT modernization project - Moonrise, using appropriate project methodologies (including Agile), PMO best practice and effective governance. You are also responsible for driving lasting positive change across a diverse range of complex topics & projects including system, people, regulatory & partner / client changes.
- You support & develop transversal skills across the team to ensure successful delivery of the roadmap, focused on quality of delivery, cost control, user experience & adoption (both internal & external). You are passionate about leading highly engaged, motivated teams, working to tight timeframes under challenging & sensitive topics.
- You are responsible for the overall change project planning & deployment, managing resource to ensure deadlines are reached in the agreed timeframes by the change team.
**MY KEY ACTIVITIES**
- Leading & developing a team of Change & Transformation Officers to execute the change roadmap, including the change framework for all Moonrise module.
- Collaboration & strong relationship management at all organizational levels & with Corporate colleagues to ensure projects are delivered in line with business needs & meet user requirements
- Work closely with all the teams to ensure adoption of new tools & processes is maximized and that the change sticks, driving transversal training of Transformation & Change
- Define standardized and repeatable implementation methodologies including governance, requirements analysis, architecture, testing approaches.
- Develop strategies to increase our change capacity at an organizational level.
- Lead the change on more complex tech project & people led projects.
**MY ADDITIONAL KEY ACTIVITIES**
- Drive adoption of digital tools and associated processes for maximum impact
- Create & drive local innovation strategies & activities to increase collaboration
- Responsible for the team flagging all project risks to mitigate appropriately
- Act as coach leader for direct reports, focusing on their development & engagement
- Regular reviews with other managers to understand business support requirements
**MY ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by my Line Manager
- Responsible for adhering to policies, procedures, guidelines and the internal control framework established to guide the operation of their function in addition to regulatory compliance requirements
- Ensure that adequate controls are in place to minimize risk to the Company and that these controls are operational, reviewing them as necessary to reflect any changes to procedures or the business.
**MY EXPERIENCE**:
- At least 3 years’ experience in influencing and driving complex, difficult change at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written & oral - able to articulate the “why” of a change to a diverse audience
- C1/C2 English level
- Passionate about developing others through continuous coaching & individual development
- Understands leasing with a deep understanding of key operational processes - both regulatory & commercial as well as the informal rules within the business
- Resilient, finding new ways to tackle the same challenge understanding a one size fits all approach doesn’t always work.
- Manage a project portfolio and resourcing accordingly to ensure the team reaches their goals, often to tight deadlines & conflicting priorities
- Large scale, complex project delivery and managing organizational change
- Ability to encourage collaboration through relationship building & developing rapport - building the profile of the change & transformation team both locally & globally across LS Iberia.
