We are looking for a Field Application Engineer for our European Automation Center in Barcelona.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordination and technical support of the Omron Innovative Applications demo machines for European fairs/exhibitions
- Communication & cooperation with several stakeholders in Omron Europe
- Ability to travel, onsite support for European fairs/exhibitions
- Participate in the development of new Innovative Application demo machines
- Demo machines improvement, upgrading and maintenance

**Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Automation or/and Electrical Engineering
- Experience as an engineer in Industrial Automation is valued, such as systems setting up, motion control and knowledge in Robotics
- Programming languages skills in PLC IEC language. Other programming languages such as C, C++, C#, would be an asset
- Teamwork spirit
- Proactivity, self-driven “will do” mentality, enjoyment of going the extra mile
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must
