You will be responsible independently for the overall management and coordination of the FTAP rental fleet of systems, to take the required ownership to implement “Best Practices” and rental processes to help us get closer to both our external and internal customer’s needs and improve operational effectiveness.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
Overseeing and coordinate all movement of Pall assets in and out of the Warehouses (HUBS) and other storage facilities. Liaises with Service Admin/Logistics/customs (if required), finding the best and most cost-effective ways to move assets, and analyses the need/demand/priority of such movement.

Managing the maintenance requirements for all assets and supervises the actual maintenance and tagging of rental assets. Ensuring all rental units are fully tested/recertified on the required periodic basis and store documentation as applicable.

Providing all data/info/trends w.r.t the usage of assets (skids, spares/consumables and elements)

Liaising with the procurement teams to order the required stock materials for skid operation at sites.

Developing partnerships with suppliers / vendors & customers

**The essential requirements of the job include**:
Proven experience on rental/pilot fleet management

Strong mechanical/chemical engineering background & High level of project management skills

Strong business development, communication, interpersonal, listening, skills. Team Player

Ability to integrate into international teams (Pall and customer), including understanding of cultural differences

Fluent in English and Spanish
