**Key responsibilities**
Accounting:
- Ensure that the Balance Sheet and monthly P&L of each company (both national and international) are complete and reported on time using Holded (Spain) and Xero. (international)
- Sales and Interco invoicing both in Holded and Xero
- International AP posting in Xero
Analytical Accounting:
- Ensure that analytical accounting data is accurate and complete in the system to provide project-based income statements in a timely manner.
Controlling:
- Support financial management in preparing the Group Report by explaining deviations and ensuring consistency in financial reporting.
Group Operations:
- Actively participate in the calculation and review of Group policies.
- Ensure that intercompany invoices are issued on time and are accurate in both content and format, confirming IC balances monthly.
Internal Control:
- Contribute to the development of internal procedures, regulations, and policies.
- Accounting, Tax, and Commercial Compliance (Support and Oversight):
- Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns are filed on time (by external providers), and review them accordingly.
- Support and oversee the preparation of the Annual Accounts and Annual Report (prepared by external professionals).
