**Job Description** The Opportunity**:
**Do you see financial risks before they happen? Can you forecast, hedge, and strategise like a pro?**

At **Flywire**, we're looking for a **Treasury Analyst** (Spain-based) to help manage **currency & interest rate risk**, drive **cash management**, and support shaping **long-term treasury policies**

What You'll Do:

- **Financial Risk Guardian** - Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks before they impact our organisation
- **Strategic Cash Management** - Ensure optimal liquidity and smart investment of excess cash across the Group
- **Forecasting Wizard** - Create and analyse cash flow forecasts that guide our business decisions
- **Accounting Partner** - Support month-end closing processes for treasury activities
- **Compliance Champion** - Maintain internal controls and support SOX requirements and audits
- **Reporting Expert** - Contribute to SEC reporting and treasury footnotes
- **Strategic Planning** - Help shape our financial future through budgeting and forecasting
- **Policy Architect** - Collaborate with Treasury Manager to develop long-term treasury policies

**Qualifications**
What Makes You a Great Fit:

- **Bachelor's degree** in finance/accounting (or equivalent experience)
- **5+ years** in treasury or relevant finance roles
- **Proficiency** with bank portals, TMS, FX platform (MDP), forecasting tools, and ERP systems
- **Deep understanding** of hedging, financial instruments, volatility, and effectiveness measurement
- **Highly collaborative** with excellent communication skills in a diverse team environment
- **Ability to manage** multiple complex projects while adapting to changing priorities
- **Detail-oriented** with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

NetSuite ERP, Bank Platforms, G-Suite, Looker
