If you’re looking for a professional challenge and you have between 2 and 5 years of experience in IT Strategy, are passionate about digital transformation, operations and technology, have an insatiable hunger to learn, and love working in a team to find top solutions to our clients’ challenges — this is the place for you We’re looking for people eager to communicate directly with clients and with a mindset ready to solve any puzzle that comes their way, **Key requirements**: - Experienced in management consulting within IT Strategy, Transformation, or Operations projects. - Skilled in managing functional analysis activities. - Strong ability to develop hypotheses, build business cases (both quantitative and qualitative), and design potential solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong planning and coordination capabilities with local teams and C-level management. - Proven ability to build effective networks with local teams, escalate issues to the team/C-level, and ensure adoption of Group-defined guidelines. - Experience in managing and coordinating vendors implementing local solutions, while liaising with Group stakeholders for the deployment of core solutions (e.g., SAP ERP, Zuora Billing). - Solid functional and process knowledge of the tech/software industry. - Experienced in managing workstreams in a consulting environment. - Good command of English (spoken and written). - More than 3 years of professional experience **What do we offer?** Become part of a young and fast-growing company, with a close-knit, open-door culture, a highly talented team, and one that regularly competes with the largest international consulting firms.
