Wood is currently recruiting for a part time Project Assistant to provide administrative and general support in our Projects in Madrid (Spain).
- Provide strong administrative support to Client project teams
- Prepare and manage project correspondence, reports and documents
- Formatting of project deliverables to a very high standard
- Organize and coordinate meetings including room and resource bookings / lunch arrangements
- Maintain schedules and calendars for project team/project manager
- Set up and maintain project filing systems
- Undertake office management tasks to support the project task force work environment.
- Not to misuse any equipment and report any damaged equipment
- Report all injuries, incidents and near misses and to proactively support our behavioural based observation system
- Previous experience working in project team environment
- Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task and attention to detail
- Previous experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Holding a valid Spanish work permit
- Spanish and English advanced command
