What you'll do
- Implementation of customer and Motherson internal Quality requirements in projects until SOP +90 days considering economical and departmental objectives.
- Transfer quality requirement from customer into project organization
- Responsible PSW Release Process Cockpit-Level.
- Develop and Implement Control Plan Cockpit Assembly.
- Team member Process-FMEA Cockpit Assembly
- Survey and follow up of PMS-Quality actions in accordance with Head of Program Quality.
- Direct claim management customer complaints.
- Assure communication to the customer.
- Report Quality Status Cockpit-Level.
- Gauge and Test-Tool Management.
- Participation in and follow up of Cubing activities on Cockpit level
- Lead (guide) quality engineers in related program.
- Project Hand Over Quality to Plant Quality Management.

What we are looking for
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as several function in Quality Management
- Fluent in English
- Available for business trip (approx 30%)
- Experience abroad or cross-culture experience desired Customer Regulations & Special Terms Customer specific requirement automotive product & process
- ISO TS and IATF 16949/ VDA 6.3/TQM/ FMEA/ Control Plan/ Problem Solving Methodologies/ Product knowledge/ Cubing Management
