**MADRID | SPAIN | UP TO €75K++**

**ABOUT**:

- One of the most desirable luxury brand known for their RTW, leather goods and modern styling.
- Located within one of the most well known streets of Madrid.
- A brand at the forefront of luxury craftmanship and design.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deliver retail excellent across key deliverables.
- Lead clientele strategy in partnership with the Senior Retail Team.
- Mentor, Coach & Train team to achieve commercial targets and store objectives.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Luxury experience, preferably International such as London or Dubai would be great, fluent in Spanish and English, any additional languages greatly beneficial.
- Previous experience of 5+ years running large teams and high volume turnover.
- Possess a wealth of experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality - strong negotiator.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box and be creative.
