**SAP CRM Functional Consultant**

**Descripción del puesto**:
Buscamos un consultor funcional a partir de 3 años de experiência implementando y gestionando soluciones SAP CRM (incluyendo SAP S4/HANA Customer Management y SAP C4C), Trabajarás en proyectos de implementación y optimización, colaborando estrechamente con equipos multifuncionales para cumplir con los objetivos de nuestro cliente localizado en España.

**Responsabilidades principales**:

- Análisis y mapeo de los procesos de negocio del cliente, identificando sus necesidades y proponiendo soluciones funcionales adecuadas.
- Diseño, personalización y configuración de SAP C4C/CRM, garantizando su integración con otros módulos y aplicaciones.
- Coordinación de talleres para recopilar y definir requisitos del negocio.
- Soporte continuo y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con el sistema.
- Capacitación y soporte a usuarios para garantizar el uso óptimo del sistema.

**Requisitos**:

- Mínimo 3 años de experiência trabajando con SAP CRM, preferiblemente en implementaciones completas.
- Conocimiento en integración de SAP CRM con otros sistemas (ERP, SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP).
- Experiência en áreas de interacción, marketing, ventas y gestión de servicios.
