We are looking for a new creative member (architect or designer) to join our Design and Concept Department team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be part of the Concept Department. Develop innovative and creative solutions within masterplan projects, interior design of commercial spaces, and leisure equipment.
- 3D Modelling and Rendering.
- Design and layout of commercial presentations.
- Using English to communicate and explain projects.
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets
- Creation of technical plans for schematic design projects.
- Assistance to the Construction Manager.

- Team player.
- Proactive and with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in English.

BACKGROUND
- Master’s Degree in Architecture, Bachelor's Degree in Building Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering, bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture.
- +3 years of experience in construction and architecture.

LANGUAGES
- Certificate: English B2. Fluency in English is highly valued.
- Arabic and French are a plus.
