**About The Role**:
As we expand, the insurance Portfolio gets_ bigger and bigger,_ clients are entering Cobee on a daily basis and for that reason, our focus for the year is to become a scale-up company. This means we need to be very strict when it comes to operating the processes in place, redefining these constantly seeking more efficiencies. This is the only manner to grow as much as desired without doubling the headcount.
**Main challenges**:
The Insurance Operations (InsurOps) team is a very recent team within Cobee, currently formed by 3 people, the lead and two analysts.
**In this position you will be responsible for**:
- Ownership of the operations in a daily basis. This person needs to be obsessed with processes and detail-oriented
- Optimizing processes including automation with RPA
- Running projects with other departments to make the operations of Cobee and the customer journey smoother and better
- Push insurance carriers to improve their processes and communication with us so we have fewer problems and less dedicated time
- Be able to lead the team and solve daily problems
- Be ready for changes This is a startup and change is our way of being
**You are**:
- Self-motivated and passionate about startups.
- Data-driven profile, efficient and focused on details.
- A methodological fast learner who is familiar with excel, PowerPoint and retool.
- You demonstrate great communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
- Eager for developing your career in fast-growing a startup
**You have**:
- Have a degree related to engineering or IT
- Have 2-3 years of experience in a consulting company or similar
- Have great knowledge of UiPath and are passionate about it
- Knowledge of Insurance is not required as long as you consider yourself a fast learner
