**The Challenge**:
**Your Mission**:
The Senior Talent Sourcer will:

- Drive sourcing strategy, identify market trends, and procure competitive intelligence.
- Partner closely with fellow sourcers, recruiters, and hiring teams to understand recruiting needs to develop, build, and execute sourcing strategies.
- Build diverse talent pipelines and maintain a network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management and sourcing campaigns.
- Work closely with TA Branding to craft country-relevant recruiting narratives to help attract top talent.
- Work closely with TA Leadership to help produce pipeline reports to senior leadership across the business.
- Help influence the adoption of sourcing tools and best practices across our global recruiting team.

You are able to quickly shift priorities to meet deadlines and to effectively communicate, both verbal and written. You are meticulous and pride yourself with attention to detail and accuracy. You're adaptable to change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, highly organized and someone who loves learning about the latest software trends and technologies.

Your experience includes:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years' experience in talent sourcing
- Experienced in engaging tactics to build and attract diversely-sourced pipelines
- Passionate about finding and engaging talent globally
- Experienced in utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques and tools to identify talent across a wide variety of functions and geographies.
- Self-driven and able to prioritize critical open roles and pipelines.
- An articulate and confident communicator with complex concepts.
- Intellectually curious, continuously learning about our business, our competitors, markets, and the art of finding and attracting top talent.
- Someone who anticipates and independently resolves issues and has strong decision-making skills.
- Capable dealing with sensitive and confidential data.

**Extra Awesome**:

- Greenhouse system experience
- Comfortable with public speaking and experience sharing sourcing techniques with other TA members through formal or informal training sessions
- Experience with additional sourcing tools/tactics such as Seekout, Gitlab/Stack repositories, leveraging social media channels, etc.
