ABOUT THE COMPANY
DREAM CATCHER is a fast growing fashion company founded in 2015, with multiple outlets worldwide. DREAM CATCHER is a young, dynamic company with an informal atmosphere and where people work with a lot of drive and passion. We are immediately looking for a passionate all-round back office employee for our office in Ibiza.
ABOUT THE FEATURE
- Independently carries out questions, complaints and orders by mail and telephone
- You are the point of contact for our customers from all over Europe
- You check incoming goods from China and the rest of the world
- You have close contact with our external warehouse for the entry and export of orders
- Responsible for creating new article codes and seasons
- Following up on our B2B and B2C page, both posting articles and answering questions
- You are the point of contact for our Key accounts.
- Setting up external online partner platforms
- Making overviews for the board
- All kinds of administrative work
- Function for 20 hours a week

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service experience
- Experience with an ERP system is a plus
- Possess strong communication skills
- Good command of the Dutch and English language (spoken and written)
- Initiative, proactive and flexible
- Able to deal with working under pressure and peak times
