At Factorial we're looking for an **Educational Content Creator - DACH Market** to** help us boost the company to the next level.

You are going to be part of **Product Content Team**, a young multicultural team.

The Product Content Team is in charge of developing and executing programs that provide product knowledge to employees and customers. We achieve this through the creation of:

- E-Learning Trainings
- Help Center Articles
- Nurturing Content
- Product Location

At its core, it’s about communication. The team articulates appropriate product information to the right people in and outside the organization to improve product knowledge and to ensure cross-functional teams are in sync.

**What will you be doing?**

**The Role**
- Collaborate with several stakeholders to create product content following Factorial's brand values.
- Effectively communicate product information to internal and external audiences.
- Interact with customers, colleagues and external parties to anticipate customer needs and write intuitive content solutions.
- Plan and develop different forms of product content.

**Your Profile**
- You have a** native German level **& are** fluent in English**:

- Tech-savvy and a natural** passion for digital innovation**:

- Excellent copywriting
- Be at ease in front of a camera
- Must be detail oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open-minded, self-motivated & ambitious to grow within an exciting team
- Excited to actively contribute to constant improvements and evolution (we have a culture of change)
- Have the ability to work both independently with mínimal direction and collaboratively within a team
