**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and analytical **FP&A Senior Manager** to join our Finance team and help drive our next phase of growth. Based remotely in Spain (ideally Barcelona), this key role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing deep financial insights and helping steer high-impact decisions across the business.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- **Financial Planning & Analysis**: Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing in-depth analysis of financial performance and key business drivers.
- **Strategic Partnering**: Act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and investment decisions.
- **Financial Modeling**: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-range planning, scenario analysis, and M&A activities.
- **Reporting & Insights**: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reporting packages for the executive team and board of directors, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- **Process Improvement**: Drive the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- **Market & Competitive Analysis**:Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic planning.

**Requirements**:
**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD**:
We’re looking for someone with a balance of hard and soft skills who can thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Here’s what we’d love to see:

- Approximately 5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role.
- A background in investment banking, corporate development, or a similar role at a technology company is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Qlik and SAP in particular).
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona is a plus, though the position is fully remote within Spain.
