Lead Functional Consultant

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborating with Project Manager, other internal and external team throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes
- Providing in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality
- Documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected
- Demonstrating experience in use of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology; understanding the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects

WHAT YOU HAVE
- 3+ years of consulting experience in Dynamics 365 Manufacturing related modules with a focus on business modeling and software implementation
- Master planning and Planning Optimization
- Bill of Material (BOM) and Formula management
- Production Operations Resources and Route management
- Experience with Production module configuration from scratch
- Production batch execution
- Demonstrated ability to
- Analyze and understand business problems
- Model data and processes
- Conduct workshops and training sessions
- Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing
- Familiar and experienced in
- Core Production related functionality
- Application technology stack
- Implementation Methodology
- Industry Knowledge
- High degree of insight and analytical skill
- Team-oriented; willing to align work with the team’s priorities and goals
- Able to influence, negotiate, and build consensus
