**About your mission - Make an impact**

The team is building next-generation AI systems — AI assistants and intelligent search engines — that help users find answers to complex questions, navigate products, and receive support without needing a human operator.

As an ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and evolving a user support chatbot (AI Support Assistant) and an AI-powered search system (AI Search System), using cutting-edge approaches in NLP, LLM, RAG, and AI agents.

**How You’ll Drive Success**
- Design and implement an AI-powered support assistant (chatbot based on LLM and RAG)
- Develop an intelligent search engine capable of natural language understanding and answer generation
- Integrate ML solutions into real products and ensure their reliability and scalability
- Work with textual data: knowledge extraction, clustering, ranking, summarization, and generation
- Build data and model pipelines: from data collection and preprocessing to deployment
- Evaluate the quality of solutions: define metrics, conduct A/B testing, ensure relevance and accuracy
- Collaborate closely with analysts, developers, product teams, and support teams

**What makes you the perfect fit**
- Proficient in Python and SQL; strong experience with databases
- Strong analytical skills; experience working with textual and tabular data
- Solid knowledge of NLP technologies: tokenization, vectorization, embeddings, Transformers, classification, generation
- Experience working with LLMs (e.g., BERT, T5, GPT); understanding of architecture and fine-tuning
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Understanding of AI agents and systems built around them
- Experience delivering ML systems from ideation to production, including monitoring and quality evaluation

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

- Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
- Knowledge of TradingView We also love users who become teammates

This is a hybrid role based in our Málaga office, located in the heart of the city at the prestigious Muelle Uno port.
