**Main tasks and accountabilities will be**:
Investigate and troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner

Work with the team to deploy fixes, patches, and updates

Monitor logs and performance metrics

Collaborate with QA, support, and product teams to understand and resolve reported bugs

Maintain technical documentation for support workflows and known issues

**What do we expect from you?**

Foundational experience with Node.js and TypeScript

Basic understanding of React and modern front-end principles

Familiarity with version control systems like Git Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture

Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn

Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude Familiarity with ITIL ticketing tools such Service Now.
