Qorvo’s **BAW Research & Development Internships** are offered in our Global Operations business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform topology analysis to improve target design
- Realization of the filter layout with BAW technology
- Implementation of the laminate and full module simulation
- Extraction of topologies for each filter and multiplexer networks from competitor parts
- Competitor performance fit from measurements to extract filter parameters

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing BS/MS/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- Completed some course work or have gained experience in RF/Microwave circuit design
- Experience with electromagnetic/RF simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, AWR etc.)
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Familiar with RF measurement and its equipment: spectrum analyzers and network analyzers
- Experience with filter design, impedance matching, or RF packaging is desired
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
