Data Analyst

Rank International/YoBrands (part of Rank Group) are a leading online gaming operator, with its own Bingo, Roulette and Video Bingo technology solutions and operations. With offices in Barcelona, Ceuta & Malta, Rank International operates in the Spanish market and will soon be launching in other regulated markets/countries

We are an exciting International iGaming company based in the thriving city of Barcelona currently in the process of expansion with its technology team based in Barcelona and working in a remote mode.

We are looking for a Data Analyst who has commercial and financial experience to join our amazing Rank International team

As the Data Analyst, you will provide insightful, actionable analyses through dashboards, and reports, to impact our revenue, productivity, acquisition, attrition, operational efficiencies, cross-sell strategies, customer behaviour, and segmentation.

This role comes with a high rate of exposure to various parts of the business due to regular senior stakeholder engagement.
- Extract, transform and load data from different data sources
- Work with existing and new technologies to shape the development of analytical insight delivery
- Translates customer transactional and behavioural data into key insights and business deliverables
- Presents findings to key stakeholders and inputs to negotiations on strategies to drive performance across the business
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to build data products that enable others to work with reporting effectively and inform decision-making that solves business problems with data
- Engage with Key stakeholders to develop key metrics to measure business performance

**Qualifications**
- ** Essential**: Fluent in English and native-level Spanish
- Demonstrated ability to build solutions and user-friendly dashboards and reports using BI tools (PowerBI is a plus)
- Experience working with ETL tools (Databricks is a plus).
- Experience manipulating data stored in relational databases using SQL (proficiency SQL level required)
- Experience Engaging with Key stakeholders
- Ability to gather requirements and map business needs to KPI dashboards
- Ability to work as part of a team delivering solutions that can be deployed into production
- Ability to take initiative and work independently to manage and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Excellent experience working in a data-driven environment
- Familiar with Agile methodology (JIRA)
- Creative, innovative thinker with outstanding problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and thorough, with a healthy respect for quality & standards
- Ability to communicate results to non-technical audiences
