As a Junior IT Transformation PMO, you will play a vital role in supporting our ongoing IT transformation. Work closely with cross-functional teams and show your strength, take ownership and bring your own ideas to help shape and drive forward our transformation.
**What you will do**:
- Assist in the execution of the IT transformation initiative to enhance operational efficiency and agility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support improvements in identified areas
- Support in planning, organisation and execution of planning events of the Group IT. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other Group IT events
- Contribute to the execution of the IT upskilling program to enhance the capabilities of the Group IT workforce
- Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to streamline processes and optimize performance
- Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
**What you bring & who you are**:
- Studies in business informatics, business administration, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience supporting large-scale projects.
- Relevant certificates such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, IPMA, PfMP and PPMC desirable
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and strong organizational skills for managing project documentation, tracking project progress, and maintaining accurate records.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English; basic German is an advantage.
