**Description**: **Our Client** We are recruiting exceptional customer service professionals to form part of a Multilingual Consumer affairs department to immerse themselves in the brand and deliver a first-class service to customers and consumers. The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and embrace brand values. **We Care**: Passionate about Customer Support, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets to achieve a high-quality level of consumer service.** We´re Curious**: Proactive approach to problem-solving and a “can do” attitude. **We Achieve Together**: Strong teamwork ethic, contributing to personal and team targets/SLA while working on personnel targets. **_What be you’ll_** **_doing?_** - Providing an outstanding customer experience through every customer interaction. - Dealing with queries regarding multiple brands and products (across several industries). - Constantly improving brand and product knowledge to deliver the highest quality of information to our customers. - Embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador. **Requirements**: - What skills & experience you’ll bring to us?_ - A fluent level of **French and **English with exceptional grammar and spelling skills. - A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. - Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a call centre environment would be a plus. - Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task. - Confidence and an enthusiastic telephone manner. - Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy. - Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. - A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving. - Strong team spirit and a "can do" attitude. **Benefits**: - What do we offer?_ - **Contract**:Permanent contract (1-month probation period) - **Full-time**: (39hours/week) - **Working days/Hours**:Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm - **Salary**: 17,000€ per year - **Holidays**: 24 per calendar year - **Hybrid**:Working 3 days a month from the office/the rest of the month WFH - **Training**:5 days, 1st day from the office - **Start date**: 31st of August **Who we are** CPM International has a global presence in over 30 countries.
