**Controlling Operational Excellence (M/F/d)**:

- REQUISITION ID: 8042- LOCATION: Mutilva, ES, 31192- DEPARTMENT: Controlling / Finance**MISSION**:increase the control and response about Stocks needs and implementation the Controllong Excellence Road Map.

**TASKS**:

- Preparing the Stock report for the GLF NAC and working capital impacts.
- Analysis and definition of corrective measures for the stocks.
- Ensuring regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget and procedures
- Analysis the current suppliers payment terms and deviation
- Organizing, planning, managing and Implementing the Financial process for the Finance Excellence Strategic road map on time.
- Reviewing designs, plans, and specifications to ensure that they meet industry standards and legal requirements.
- Make internal Audits to ensure the quality of the process.
- Governance: being responsible for ensuring all the company finance processes are implemented and respected.
- Modelling: be able to prepare modelling to support the Business. Cases demanded.
- Give support and collaboration with other projects and task given.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, Economics ,Business Administration or a comparable education/qualification
- Very good knowledge of analyzing and optimizing SAP-based Controlling and Finance, Manufacturing and Stock Management processes
- Open to learn and adopt the existing customized functions.
- Core consulting skills (analytical thinking, structured work, relationship management and communication).
- Very Familiar working with project management tools.
- Developer of new solutions responding to the business needs.
- Industry knowledge in mechanical and plant engineering desirable.
- High English level, written and spoken.
- Advance XLS level, Power Query and Power BI.
